Across TCGA cell cohorts, XRCC3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,869 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible XRCC3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA replication checkpoint signaling, DNA replication, and DNA-templated DNA replication. Each is linked with XRCC3 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XRCC3-to-partner and partner-to-XRCC3 results are reported.
