Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, XPOT Mutation is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated XPOT data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher XPOT Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated XPOT expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LIHC, COAD, and READ are the cancer types where XPOT Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
