XPOT

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, XPOT RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,503 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible XPOT-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ASNS, SHMT2, and HSP90AB1. Each is linked with XPOT in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XPOT-to-partner and partner-to-XPOT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (XPOT→partner) and Y-score (partner→XPOT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
