XPOT

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, XPOT protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,995 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible XPOT-associated genes across cancer lineages are CENPA, MMRN1, and ABCA8. Each is linked with XPOT in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XPOT-to-partner and partner-to-XPOT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (XPOT→partner) and Y-score (partner→XPOT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
