XPO7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, XPO7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,333 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible XPO7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CCAR2, PCM1, and PPP2R2A. Each is linked with XPO7 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XPO7-to-partner and partner-to-XPO7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, XPO7 versus CCAR2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (XPO7→partner) and Y-score (partner→XPO7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
