Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, XPO7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,964 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible XPO7-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCDC25, NEIL2, and CCAR2. Each is linked with XPO7 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XPO7-to-partner and partner-to-XPO7 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, XPO7 versus CCDC25 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (XPO7→partner) and Y-score (partner→XPO7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
