XPO7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, XPO7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,295 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible XPO7-associated genes across cancer lineages are EEF1A1P37, TOMM22, and RTCB. Each is linked with XPO7 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XPO7-to-partner and partner-to-XPO7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EEF1A1P37 grouped by XPO7-low versus XPO7-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (XPO7→partner) and Y-score (partner→XPO7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
