Across TCGA cell cohorts, XPO7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,451 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible XPO7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of telomere capping, Nuclear transport, and Negative regulation of sister chromatid cohesion. Each is linked with XPO7 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XPO7-to-partner and partner-to-XPO7 results are reported.
