XPO7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, XPO7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,371 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible XPO7-associated genes across cancer lineages are FBXW10, ELOA3CP, and MUC7. Each is linked with XPO7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XPO7-to-partner and partner-to-XPO7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FBXW10 grouped by XPO7-low versus XPO7-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (XPO7→partner) and Y-score (partner→XPO7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
