Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, XPO6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,906 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible XPO6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ATXN2L, GTF3C4, and USP7. Each is linked with XPO6 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XPO6-to-partner and partner-to-XPO6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, XPO6 versus ATXN2L in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (XPO6→partner) and Y-score (partner→XPO6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
