Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, XPO6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,309 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible XPO6-associated genes across cancer lineages are PBK, BCCIP, and TOM1L1. Each is linked with XPO6 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XPO6-to-partner and partner-to-XPO6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PBK grouped by XPO6-low versus XPO6-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (XPO6→partner) and Y-score (partner→XPO6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
