Across TCGA cell cohorts, XPO6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,590 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible XPO6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of cilium assembly, Negative regulation of autophagosome maturation, and Positive regulation of mitotic cytokinesis. Each is linked with XPO6 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XPO6-to-partner and partner-to-XPO6 results are reported.
