Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, XPO6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 73 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible XPO6-associated genes across cancer lineages are OPN1LW, IL9, and CRYAA. Each is linked with XPO6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XPO6-to-partner and partner-to-XPO6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OPN1LW grouped by XPO6-low versus XPO6-high in BREAST.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (XPO6→partner) and Y-score (partner→XPO6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
