Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, XPO5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,088 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible XPO5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BYSL, CSE1L, and CTNNBL1. Each is linked with XPO5 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XPO5-to-partner and partner-to-XPO5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, XPO5 versus BYSL in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.77.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (XPO5→partner) and Y-score (partner→XPO5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
