Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, XPO5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 37 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible XPO5-associated genes across cancer lineages are Rictor_pT1135, STAT3_pY705, and ATM. Each is linked with XPO5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XPO5-to-partner and partner-to-XPO5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Rictor_pT1135 grouped by XPO5-low versus XPO5-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (XPO5→partner) and Y-score (partner→XPO5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
