Across TCGA cell cohorts, XPO5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,660 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible XPO5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Recombinational repair, DNA replication initiation, and Maturation of LSU-rRNA. Each is linked with XPO5 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XPO5-to-partner and partner-to-XPO5 results are reported.
