Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, XPO1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated XPO1 data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein and 8 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher XPO1 Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated XPO1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and SKCM show a favorable association.
UCEC, CESC, and STAD are the cancer types where XPO1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
