XPO1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, XPO1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,910 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible XPO1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MSH2, RFC2, and RIF1_S782. Each is linked with XPO1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XPO1-to-partner and partner-to-XPO1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, XPO1 versus MSH2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.71.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (XPO1→partner) and Y-score (partner→XPO1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
