Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, XPO1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,446 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible XPO1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAE1, CSE1L, and RPS10. Each is linked with XPO1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XPO1-to-partner and partner-to-XPO1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, XPO1 versus RAE1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (XPO1→partner) and Y-score (partner→XPO1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
