Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, XPO1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,780 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible XPO1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACD, DCLRE1B, and GLE1. Each is linked with XPO1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XPO1-to-partner and partner-to-XPO1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ACD grouped by XPO1-low versus XPO1-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (XPO1→partner) and Y-score (partner→XPO1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
