Across TCGA patient cohorts, XPO1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 38 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible XPO1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAPDH, JNK_pT183_Y185, and C-Raf. Each is linked with XPO1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XPO1-to-partner and partner-to-XPO1 results are reported.
