XPNPEP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, XPNPEP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,279 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible XPNPEP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EPB41L3, HSPG2, and TNS2_S120. Each is linked with XPNPEP2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XPNPEP2-to-partner and partner-to-XPNPEP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, XPNPEP2 versus EPB41L3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (XPNPEP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→XPNPEP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
