Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, XPNPEP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,519 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible XPNPEP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are STEAP4, CSRP3, and CTSL. Each is linked with XPNPEP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XPNPEP2-to-partner and partner-to-XPNPEP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, XPNPEP2 versus STEAP4 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (XPNPEP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→XPNPEP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
