XPNPEP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, XPNPEP2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 37 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible XPNPEP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, 4E-BP1, and Cyclin-B1. Each is linked with XPNPEP2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XPNPEP2-to-partner and partner-to-XPNPEP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATM grouped by XPNPEP2-low versus XPNPEP2-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (XPNPEP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→XPNPEP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
