Across TCGA cell cohorts, XPNPEP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,093 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible XPNPEP2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are NADP+ biosynthetic process, Detoxification of copper ion, and Positive regulation of cellular response to hypoxia. Each is linked with XPNPEP2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XPNPEP2-to-partner and partner-to-XPNPEP2 results are reported.
