Across TCGA patient cohorts, XPNPEP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,065 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible XPNPEP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADD3, DPCD, and STN1. Each is linked with XPNPEP1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XPNPEP1-to-partner and partner-to-XPNPEP1 results are reported.
