XPNPEP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, XPNPEP1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible XPNPEP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERK2, PEA-15_pS116, and Annexin-1. Each is linked with XPNPEP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XPNPEP1-to-partner and partner-to-XPNPEP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ERK2 grouped by XPNPEP1-low versus XPNPEP1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (XPNPEP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→XPNPEP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
