Across TCGA cell cohorts, XPNPEP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,708 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible XPNPEP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Viral translational termination-reinitiation, Dephosphorylation, and Cytosolic transport. Each is linked with XPNPEP1 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XPNPEP1-to-partner and partner-to-XPNPEP1 results are reported.
