Across TCGA cell cohorts, XPNPEP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible XPNPEP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAGEB5, OBP2A, and C20orf85. Each is linked with XPNPEP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XPNPEP1-to-partner and partner-to-XPNPEP1 results are reported.
