Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, XPC RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,433 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible XPC-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPL5, RRBP1_S615, and SEPTIN8. Each is linked with XPC in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XPC-to-partner and partner-to-XPC results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, XPC versus RPL5 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.41.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (XPC→partner) and Y-score (partner→XPC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
