Across TCGA patient cohorts, XPC protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,248 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible XPC-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERO1A, CEP55, and SLC25A26. Each is linked with XPC in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XPC-to-partner and partner-to-XPC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, XPC versus ERO1A in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.29.
