Across TCGA cell cohorts, XPC RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,632 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible XPC-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Retrograde transport, endosome to Golgi, Cytosolic transport, and Protein polyglycylation. Each is linked with XPC in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XPC-to-partner and partner-to-XPC results are reported.
