Across TCGA cell cohorts, XPC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 33 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible XPC-associated genes across cancer lineages are GSTA5, KANK4, and CLDN8. Each is linked with XPC in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XPC-to-partner and partner-to-XPC results are reported.
