Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, XKRYP5 RNA is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated XKRYP5 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher XKRYP5 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated XKRYP5 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
STAD are the cancer types where XKRYP5 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
