Across TCGA patient cohorts, XKRYP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 690 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible XKRYP3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nucleotide-sugar transmembrane transport, Striatum development, and Regulation of actin filament organization. Each is linked with XKRYP3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XKRYP3-to-partner and partner-to-XKRYP3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Nucleotide-sugar transmembrane transport grouped by XKRYP3-low versus XKRYP3-high in STAD.
