Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, XKRYP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 109 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible XKRYP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADGRB3, GBF1, and CRYBG1. Each is linked with XKRYP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XKRYP1-to-partner and partner-to-XKRYP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ADGRB3 grouped by XKRYP1-low versus XKRYP1-high in ESCA.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (XKRYP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→XKRYP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
