Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, XKRY2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 235 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible XKRY2-associated genes across cancer lineages are UTRN, BAAT, and TRRAP. Each is linked with XKRY2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XKRY2-to-partner and partner-to-XKRY2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, UTRN grouped by XKRY2-low versus XKRY2-high in COAD.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (XKRY2→partner) and Y-score (partner→XKRY2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
