XKRX

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, XKRX RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,902 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible XKRX-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HUWE1, AKT3_S34, and GPSM2_S565. Each is linked with XKRX in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XKRX-to-partner and partner-to-XKRX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, XKRX versus HUWE1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (XKRX→partner) and Y-score (partner→XKRX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
