XKRX

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, XKRX mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,636 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible XKRX-associated genes across cancer lineages are FADS1, CHEK1, and CDC123. Each is linked with XKRX in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XKRX-to-partner and partner-to-XKRX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FADS1 grouped by XKRX-low versus XKRX-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (XKRX→partner) and Y-score (partner→XKRX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
