Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, XKR9 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated XKR9 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher XKR9 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated XKR9 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
BLCA, UCEC, and SKCM are the cancer types where XKR9 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
