XKR9

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, XKR9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,020 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible XKR9-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS29P13, H2AC16, and IZUMO3. Each is linked with XKR9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XKR9-to-partner and partner-to-XKR9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (XKR9→partner) and Y-score (partner→XKR9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
