XKR8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, XKR8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,707 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible XKR8-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NECAP2, TXLNA, and VWA8. Each is linked with XKR8 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XKR8-to-partner and partner-to-XKR8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, XKR8 versus NECAP2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (XKR8→partner) and Y-score (partner→XKR8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
