XKR8

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, XKR8 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 436 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible XKR8-associated genes across cancer lineages are GCAT, TOMM22, and RBX1. Each is linked with XKR8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XKR8-to-partner and partner-to-XKR8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, XKR8 versus GCAT in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.77.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (XKR8→partner) and Y-score (partner→XKR8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
