XKR8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, XKR8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 77 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible XKR8-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPR32, H2AB3, and DDX55P1. Each is linked with XKR8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XKR8-to-partner and partner-to-XKR8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GPR32 grouped by XKR8-low versus XKR8-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (XKR8→partner) and Y-score (partner→XKR8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
