Across TCGA cell cohorts, XKR8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,140 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible XKR8-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Neutrophil clearance, Neutrophil homeostasis, and Macroautophagy. Each is linked with XKR8 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XKR8-to-partner and partner-to-XKR8 results are reported.
