XKR7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, XKR7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,382 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible XKR7-associated genes across cancer lineages are PACRG, MOGS, and MGAT3. Each is linked with XKR7 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XKR7-to-partner and partner-to-XKR7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PACRG grouped by XKR7-low versus XKR7-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (XKR7→partner) and Y-score (partner→XKR7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
