XKR7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, XKR7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,287 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible XKR7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of DNA recombination, Negative regulation of peptidase activity, and Regulation of DNA recombination. Each is linked with XKR7 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XKR7-to-partner and partner-to-XKR7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of DNA recombination grouped by XKR7-low versus XKR7-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (XKR7→partner) and Y-score (partner→XKR7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
