XKR6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, XKR6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,442 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible XKR6-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCNB2, H2AZ1, and ZFYVE19. Each is linked with XKR6 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XKR6-to-partner and partner-to-XKR6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCNB2 grouped by XKR6-low versus XKR6-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (XKR6→partner) and Y-score (partner→XKR6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
