XKR4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, XKR4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,400 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible XKR4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ANK2_T2583, MAP1B_S1154, and ANK2_S1461. Each is linked with XKR4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XKR4-to-partner and partner-to-XKR4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (XKR4→partner) and Y-score (partner→XKR4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
