The most reproducible XKR4-associated genes across cancer lineages are PTMAP9, PCK2, and MRPS22. Each is linked with XKR4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XKR4-to-partner and partner-to-XKR4 results are reported.
